The room was small….but I like the helpful staff there. Love the location and the surrounding neighborhood because this nearby neighborhood in Q5 was where I was born and raised 43 yrs ago!

Very high standards of cleanliness. Good breakfast included (local dishes) Good restaurants within walking distance (use Google maps). Interesting area. Get a local sim card and use Grab taxis. Prices between 70p (!!!!!) and £3 to get you anywhere in the city. With the low cost of this hotel being about 1/3 of hotels in district 1 what's not to love about it. From the UK and will most definitely use this as our stop over hotel in future.

The room was ok and the bed was comfy. The shower door was not fully close so water was drifting to the floor after shower. Need to replace shower plastic seal. There were some bugs near toilet.

Just a small improvement
The area is a little noisy because it is close to Cho Ray hospital. Do not put food on the coffee table if you don't want to invite small ants. The shower doesn't have a soap holder and water gets trap after taking a shower (floor is not leveled right). I beleive this hotel can get better in the near future.

The hotel is next to the hosiptal, it's very noisy in the midnight as keeping of ambulance alarm. We cannot sleep well. The room is very big and closed to the resturants and food market.

Less touristy spot, well-recommended hotel
Location was chosen because it was near to Binh Tay as well as Dong An Market. It was a spot which was less touristy so you get to enjoy more local sights and food was generally cheaper as well. However, an approx. walk of 20-30mins is necessary to get to places if you want to explore by foot instead of grabbing.

Der Staff wohnt in der gleichen Etage wie einige der Gäste, bspw. ich. Bis Mitternacht führen die Hotelmitarbeiter in voller Lautstärke ihre Diskussionen und kratzen anschliessend bis morgens um 0100 h Stühle umher. Um 0500 h geht der Strassenbetrieb wieder los. Diese Etage dürfte generell nicht mit Gästen belegt werden. Ansonsten war das Hotel in Ordnung.
