The room is very neat and clean. Staff are wonderful, except the front line staff (the guy who watches the car and the motorcycle for visitors). He did not help us carry the luggage while the taxi driver arrived and kept on yelling at the driver for not parking properly. I was truly upset about his attitude. Other than that, everything is great.
