Dear Philip, to be cleared current we offer 2 options to pay when customer make the reservation (cash/ credit card), you had chosen pay cash at property instead of pay by card online when you made the booking so we had to collect cash on your arrival. Hi Hayley, thank you very much for your feedback we checked and fixed the tape in your room. For water quality maintaining the pool is cleaned every Monday morning and tested by Pasteur lab until 5pm to have the results, this weekly cleaning is required by Health service Dept for 4 and 5 stars standard please understand for us and this information might not mentioned by the online travel website thay we couldn’t control their website content.

About the check in processing mentioned in your reservation guest must contact hotel 24 hours in advance unfortunately we didn’t get any information from you too, we also send you check in instruction via the email provided in booking prior your check in day but it went to your spam mailbox due to your mail fillers setting. As I just checked, our staff Nam he arranged you an room upgraded to bigger room in our newer building for a more comfortable long term booking. He did informed you and get your agreement. And he also advise to change other room for you when you informed about smoke smell but you said no need so he did cleaning up air-conditioner system for you. I know that Nam did try him best to give you best accommodation in your budget.
