To start off, we have stayed here in the past and had a wonderful experience. This time when we got there, we told the person bringing us to the room, that two of the three air conditioners were not working. He told us that they were fine and that it would take a little while to cool down. Later that night we called the front desk and a acquaintance person came and was able to get the second one working. It was not until the next morning when we stopped at the front desk to tell them that the air conditioning in the master bedroom was still not working, did the maintenance person come again. At this time someone came immediately and got the last one working. Other than this, the staff were very polite, courteous, and attentive. Unfortunately, when travelling, having a comfortable temperature in your room is a top priority.

Comfortable And Good Value For Money
My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. I stayed in a two bedroom two bath apartment style accommodations. The rooms were fairly sizeable and I appreciated the private bathrooms. The hotel was in a safe area, although a bit outside of the main downtown area. There were a number of convenience stores and local restaurants nearby and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fairly clean, although a little bit of a musty and smoke smell, and there was an ash tray on the table when I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. I told the Management about the smoky and musty smell, they were very helpful and very accommodating and offered to move me to another room which they ensured had a very fresh scent. The new room was satisfying and smelled much better. I would recommend this hotel as a very good economical, safe and comfortable place to stay. I travel a fair bit and oftentimes as part of a high level delegation so I have seen my fair share of luxury and high end hotels.

I liked the kitchen the most. It was super clean, and had all the tools I needed to cook my pasta. Thank you soo much! :) Second, was the bathroom. It was v spacious, and I indulged myself a lot in the bath tub. Seriously, I liked this hotel a lot. Thank you v much Saigon View Residences!!! :)

A VND150000 taxi ride from the airport, this residence is located in a residential area with all the businesses a traveler would need in the nearby streets (restaurants, pharmacies, food stalls, cafes, grocery stores, banks...). A 10mn walk leads to a pleasant river which is a tributary of Saigon River. Nice lobby and staff. Bright, spacious and comfortable apartment with fully-equipped kitchen, dining table, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Very bright and very good city view. Most have balconies. Good semi-buffet breakfast. Shuttle service for downtown. Alternatively, there always seem to be taxis waiting in front.

After spending a few night in other local hotels, we moved to Saigon View. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. Anything that we needed, was taken care of immediately. The women that took care of our room even went as far as to wash the dishes that we had left in the sink. I would most definitely stay here again

Spacious two bedroom apartment/hotel close to town
The apartment was very comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony of Ho Chi Minh City. There was a full kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The desk staff was very helpful with getting our bags to the apartment, rides to town and the airport, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing service. The staff is very friendly. Easy to locate the hotel. Cleanliness and comfort levels in the room could have been a tad bit better. Overall, would definitely recommend this place for the price they offer.

This was a good hotel in a great location close to town, though not walking distance (it's 10-15 minutes by car). The property is clean, though not pristine. The indoor pool is nice. The included breakfast was good, though not a buffet. You get to choose any 3 items (including three mains, if so desired) from a menu. The main thing we didn't like about this place is that they required ID for all guests (we were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids), even the 3 year-old and an elderly woman. We asked them if we could just go up to the room while waiting for family to get home and take pictures of the IDs to send to us, but no, they forced our whole group, kids and all, to wait in the reception area.

Good value for money
Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment that is spacious and have the comfortable of a home. Gym is big but needs some updates. Breakfast is simple for 120000 dong if you just want something fast and quick. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Location is not too bad easy access to transport, being in a residential neighbourhood you do not really get the typical noise from traffic.
