Swimming pool is REALLY small for such a large hotel. Staff friendly but things take a while to come once you’ve asked for them…well manicured but in HVMC I’d rather stay downtown in one of the properties with a bit more soul…

Its unique security of accessing floors was great. The staff was very helpful and spoke English somewhat fluently. I was pleasant with my stay. The rooms or hallway isn’t soundproof per se as I did hear children running around and laughing but that didn’t bother me much. Overall, good stay

This is a five star hotel and recent build, however the toilet come with hand held manual bidet which spray water on the floor when used, caused the floor wet and slippery (very dangerous).

Great Stay
The Landmark 81 does not disappoint. This is the second year in a row that my family has stayed at this hotel. The kids love that the mall is connected. It provides many food choices that are perfectly aligned with what they like.

Does Not Disappoint
It is always a pleasure to stay at the Landmark 81. This is the second year my family has come back and it never disappoints. The rooms are bright and inviting. Customer service is always on point. What a view! Staying at the Landmark 81 will definitely become an annual tradition.

Great stay and service but greeted by a cockroach!
We had a great stay but the moment we arrived there was a live cockroach at our front door. This was for our first anniversary so it was a little disappointing. All they did was just move us next door. We did ask for a discount on our club lounge access and they gave us 20% off, which was nice. Overall everything else was great. Buffet was great and service was very good. Eveyrone was very nice.

Incredible views of Ho Chi Minh city out every window. Panoramic bathtub view was the icing on the cake. Operating the elevators was the only challenge.

The carpet is dirty. The chair is broken. Hair dryer doesn’t work. I saw the housekeeper using towels to mop the floor. They ask me to wait 30 minutes to check in but most of the hotel (5 stars hotel check in time is 2 o’clock they said they are 3. I dont have any problem with that as long as they email or notify the customer in advance. i will not be disappointed of they charge cheap but they are charging top dollars among all five stars hotels in Saigon.

The room was clean, beautiful view, modern equipped, food were good and a lot of choices, staffs were friendly. The things we didn’t like was lacking instruction at the shopping mall, the taxi parked at different door with the hotel door, no sign in the front, the mall security guards just pointed out the way to go, not friendly at all. We lost in the mall for more than 20mins with all heavy luggages until we called the hotel front desk. Unlike the Vinpearl Nha Trang that we got an email to confirm booking and welcome us before coming, this hotel didn’t email us in advance. The shuttle service fee on their web is more expensive, we felt unwelcome and thought the 5 star hotel would do better.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. It's next to the mall, can grab/taxi any time, lots of food options around. Hotel staffs were nice and helpful. Room is spacious, beautiful, clean, no moldy smell at all from AC, the bathroom is gorgeous. In the bathroom, eco friendly loofa and salt were provided. The bath tub is huge, and matte on the surface so you won't slide. Breakfast is included, the foods are decent and many selections. Although the Pho is good, it's the same as other Pho restaurant out there. I really enjoy the flavored tofu in the dessert section. The elevator is fast to come. We even go to the gym which is next to a spa. There was packaged alcohol wipes provided. The gym has quite nice view too. We would totally come back and stay longer next time we travel to HCM city.

Gave us the worst possible room configuration for the executive level. Only after our complaint did they provided us with the room which was advertised online. The floors on the rooms remained stained and dirty for our entire 4 night stay. Laundry service lost our clothes and the issue remained unresolved even after we left during the hotel. Management lacked authority to act and are incompetent. For the same price of close to $700 AUD per night, it's much better to stay at the Reverie Saigon.

Overall a nice hotel. But overpriced for the quality of rooms. We were disappointed with our return of 1 night stay after our initial stay. For the same room and price booked, they gave us a tiny little 2 star room on the return stay. The breakfast Staffs are the best though.

The building was beautiful and everywhere you look is mesmerising. Good time spent on our last 2 days in Vietnam which gives us a different perspective of Vietnam from the very top. Breakfast was great! The only opportunity is how early the restaurants and bar closes. We arrived pretty late for our check-in and was supper hungry. Wanted to dine-in around 10:30pm but apparently everything is closed from 10pm. For a grand hotel it would be nice to have the restaurants and bar open til late. The pool was also a little underwhelming compared to the advertised photos. We stayed at Radisson hotel in Da Nang and that was a better pool at the very top and an actual infinity pool. These are just minor things. Overall the experience was great and the staff were welcoming, accomodating and genuine. Thank you 😊
