"I honestly can’t say enough good things about our short stay at this wonderful hotel. The property is immaculate, as was our room, which was also quiet and comfortable. But what sets this hotel apart is the outstanding customer service. From the moment I stepped out of the airport and found my shuttle driver, every single employee was welcoming and helpful. Each staff member greeted me — by NAME — during our stay. It was disarming at first, but it soon made the stay feel very personalized. We also had a flight cancellation, so as soon as I arrived, I was able to add another night to our reservation, along with additional airport transfers for a very short trip to Hue and back. Finally, the breakfast included in our stay was incredible — from a beautiful view of the city from the rooftop location, to the wide variety of delicious food — it was the perfect way to start the day."

"Our experience at this hotel was amazing. First time to Vietnam and booked different Hotel nearby but after one night we moved to The Oriental Jade Hotel and that experience was awesome. The staff was very attentive and Bar had great view of Old Quarter from rooftop. I will be returning next time in Vietnam."

"Just checked out of Splendid Hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. Located in the heart of the Old Quarter, it’s within walking distance to the lake, the cathedral, and plenty of shopping. The staff were incredibly welcoming, I loved the welcome drink so much I had to ask for the recipe 😅 and the complimentary fruit in the room was definitely an added bonus. Even with a short stay, they took the time to recommend must-visit spots, which I really appreciated. The spa facility was excellent, and the rooftop bar was such a nice place to unwind. I also used their airport transfer, which was seamless and very well organized. Will definitely be coming back"
