"The staff are friendly and nice. I made a complaint about the room not being properly cleaned because there were stains everywhere, the reception staff promised to have a deep clean the next day but it didn't happen since the places I showed her are still dirty and they never bothered to follow up as well. I didn't bother to complain again since it wasn't dirty to the point that is unacceptable for a hotel. The swimming pool bathroom/changing room is also very dirty. I think the hotel manager just have a different standard for cleanliness. The beds are comfortable and clean. Overall, I think the hotel is good for the price and location. "

"I initially intended to give this hotel a five-star rating; however, I was disappointed to learn that the rooftop bar was closed for a private wedding event during our stay. I had also expected the Dragon’s Head to be located directly in front of the hotel, but it was actually across the bridge. Fortunately, the walk was short and manageable, and we still enjoyed a lovely view of the river from the hotel. I would give the buffet five stars, although I wish there had been a wider selection of fruits. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to exchange money at the reception desk, which made things much easier for guests."

"Clean. Slightly out the busier areas of da nang. Air conditioning consistently turns off leaving the rooms incredibly humid and uncomfortable. "

"A beautiful and well maintained hotel near the Da Nang airport. The staff are helpful and considerate. We felt very much valued guests. The common areas and rooms are very clean and well cared for. There is a small cafe on the sixth floor that offers coffee and light fare. Less than 10 minutes by Grab to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Great hotel, with a few restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing, pool was awesome. The rooms were great, very spacious and had a good bathroom area."
