"The room itself was comfortable and neatly designed, as shown in photos. There were conveniences built in, like places to put luggage and hang clothes, and extra outlets underneath the pretty headboards. The beds were comfy with great pillows. Breakfast was nice, and included eggs and other sources of protein, skyr yogurt, and all the usual continental things as well. Convenient place to stay to be picked up for tours from Reykjavik. "

"The hotel was beautiful and has great restaurants in it. It was our favourite hotel we stayed in during our Ring Road adventure. Only downfall was parking. There is no hotel owned parking which is always convenient. There is parking nearby but it gets expensive because it is run by a company and you have to wheel all your luggage to street parking. I would still highly recommend this hotel though. LOVED the bathroom! "

"It was really clean and nice, the staff were the nicest persons you can meet. Food is great and not much more expensive than in other places. You need a car to get there but there are things close-by."

"Great stay at glacier lagoon. The hotel feels very luxurious from check-in to the rooms and dinner at the restaurant. The spa/hot tubs over look the coast line and were a welcome relaxation after a day of hiking and exploring. The staff was friendly, laundry service was appreciated, and the dinner was delicious."
