"Bed hard, but normal for Asia. Everything clean, staff nice, breakfast good and different everyday. Good location, 10 min. walk to the metro. Many restaurants nearby. "

"It was run by robots. If you're introverted, it's definitely for you.
Location wasn't bad, a quick walk to the metro where you can go back into Tokyo or ride to the Terminal.
About that...
They only have a shuttle to the airport at 2 areas of the day, morning and late evening.
If your flight is in between, you're SOL.
However, they also have free luggage storage which is clutch if you wanna grab some last minute anime and head back after you checked out.
All in all...a great place!"
"Very clean modern room with enough amenities. Conveniently connected internally to the international terminal 3 with easy walking distance. Check-in and checkout are both self-served with simple instructions. Loved to stay in this hotel."
"The staff was really welcoming and helpful! The room was bigger than I thought and very clean! The location was great - near a train station! The shuttle bus to Haneda Airport was also convenient and the driver was really kind! Overall a great experience staying in this hotel! "
