Good but not the best stay
The hotel is amazing, but the staff needs to be nicer! Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather associated with the person who assisted us at check-in. Food and beverage are extremely expensive. Very good breakfast.

It was a great trip. Just found the rooms too dark and old fashioned. No Windows and privacy. The hotel and service were nice in general.

Check in was a bit hard- minimal English. Stay was nice. Great facilities and beach! Nice brunch options and wait staff was great! Beware of mosquito like bugs- bring highest deet cream you can- we got many bites and so did many other patrons. If you are a local of brazil- less of a problem- bugs seem to avoid some people. Nice pool and beach!

No dia anterior ao check out perguntei se tinha possibilidade de sairmos após as 12h A funcionária da recepção super atenciosa me informou para voltarmos no dia seguinte às 9h para verificarem se era possível sairmos após o horário No dia seguinte fui até a recepção e fui informada que era impossível sair após o horário Então porque já não informam logo que não é possível. Fiquem na expectativa de sair mais tarde não arrumei as malas e depois tive que fazer tudo correndo e nem pude aproveitar nada o dia de saída No café da manda pedi pro garçom apenas 02 fatias de queijo e ele não levou Fiquei esperando pra tomar o meu café e nada Acho que ele esqueceu Sendo que ele tinha anotado Um omelete pro meu marido e o queijo pra mim Fiquei na vontade Enfim Tirando isso foi tudo muito bom

excelente resort, recomendo p/ quem busca paz, sossego, pé na areia, não tem "farofeiro" como em outros locais, eventualmente, aparece alguns, mas não chega a incomodar, 03 (três) restaurantes de opção a escolha do hospede, enfim, já fiquei 03 ou 04 vezes, e voltarei em breve. Muito Top.

Hotel cuidado nós mínimos detalhes para atender o hóspede no nível de cinco estrelas Limpíssimo e confortável Jantei quatro noites no hotel e achei muito bom Café da manhã com muitas opções, mas não sensacional O hotel não indica passeio de barco. Fiz com o Lucas primo do Murylo que fica na praia exatamente ao lado do hotel. Recomendo o serviço deles Sugiro que o hotel forneça um OFF por diária paga. Não faz sentido dar um na primeira diária e não repor. Parece uma economia sem sentido.

Excelente, principalmente o atendimento! Infelizmente, por ser lindo e badalado, está cheio de instagrammers, mas isso talvez não incomode a maioria. É até engraçado de ver. Vale notar também que mesmo quem não acorda cedo tem lugar na praia. Não duvide das orientações e abuse do repelente. O hotel borrifa repelente natural nas instalações, e oferece aos hóspedes repelente em todas as áreas, mas os pernilongos e borrachudos de Ilhabela são de elite.

Atendimento excelente, limpo, seguro, confortável, oferecem toalhas, camas, sofás e cadeiras em frente à praia. A localização é distante do centro comercial e histórico, se o seu foco for visitar esses lugares, prepare-se para um tempo de estrada (15-20 min). Um pequeno incidente foi a água ter acabado no quarto. Apesar de bom, não oferece nada de surpreendente, principalmente quando se considera o claim de que seria um spa/resort de luxo. Definitivamente não é. Por exemplo, os aménités do quarto são iguais aos de um hotel popular em Santos, os tecidos da cama não são de boa qualidade, o frigobar só tem água e refrigerante. O café da manhã é simples, nada luxuoso.
