My wife and I enjoyed two incredible nights here. Check in was incredibly smooth and fast. Counter staff were friendly and helpful. Location allowed us to travel to the city center for shopping and to Southbank on foot.
The architecture has great character. We liked that the room's design and furniture selection retained most of the building's old world charm. It was incredibly spacious and had high ceilings which is rare in apartments today, much less hotels.

Great location with available restaurants just outside. Walking distance to everything. The gym was great. Staff were also helpful. Shout out to Danny who checked us in swiftly and remembered our names, making us feel at home. High professional and helpful team. Thank you. I’d be back again!! Oh and love the free beverage machine, got a coffee everyday as we headed out!

I booked last minute and probably got the worst room (203) - it was a bit dingy, the tiles in the bathroom were stained/dirty... etc. I asked for room cleaning on the second morning and the bed was made haphazardly (i could have done better) and the glasses from the night before weren't taken away, new towels were thrown over the bathtub. Just a bit underwhelming for $400 a night. However, the free drinks and the staff at the bar - 10/10. The bed was also extremely comfortable. I met the...

Spacious comfortable room with a balcony, and a clean, well equipped kitchenette, as well as full amenities. Safe quiet suburb conveniently located - about 15 min slow walk to town, or a few min walk to the free Spring Hill loop bus-stop; Spring Hill Woolworths is also within walking distance. We arrived very early - big kudos to the staff who were flexible enough to let us do an early check-in.

Clear easy instructions from Shaun Seetoh for fuss free check in & free secure car parking during after office hours on a Sunday. Easy key drop off at 6am when checking out. Apartment is very clean and quiet. Service attendant came with extra towel without a need to make a request. A short 900m walk to Southbank attractions. Good value. Stayed for just 1 night (2 adults + kid). Had spare bed setup (no additional fee).
