Room was large and clean. View facing the review and city centre was wonderful. Counter staff during check in and check outs, as well as the valets, were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Brisbane!

The hotel is excellent and comfortable. It easily access to other areas and reception staff are friendly and helpful. I will come back to stay in again for my next trip.

My wife and I enjoyed two incredible nights here. Check in was incredibly smooth and fast. Counter staff were friendly and helpful. Location allowed us to travel to the city center for shopping and to Southbank on foot. The architecture has great character. We liked that the room's design and furniture selection retained most of the building's old world charm. Great location with available restaurants just outside. Walking distance to everything. The gym was great. Staff were also helpful. Shout out to Danny who checked us in swiftly and remembered our names, making us feel at home. High professional and helpful team. Thank you. I’d be back again!! Oh and love the free beverage machine, got a coffee everyday as we headed out!

It is like stepping back in to time at this hotel. Beds are comfortable & rooms are spacious. Staff are really, really helpful

I booked last minute and probably got the worst room (203) - it was a bit dingy, the tiles in the bathroom were stained/dirty... etc. I asked for room cleaning on the second morning and the bed was made haphazardly (i could have done better) and the glasses from the night before weren't taken away, new towels were thrown over the bathtub. Spacious comfortable room with a balcony, and a clean, well equipped kitchenette, as well as full amenities. Safe quiet suburb conveniently located - about 15 min slow walk to town, or a few min walk to the free Spring Hill loop bus-stop; Spring Hill Woolworths is also within walking distance. We arrived very early - big kudos to the staff who were flexible enough to let us do an early check-in.
