Overall good Stay.
It was good stay overall, only thing is that they give 1000yen Gift ticket per for not using House clean service. But they only give only one day ticket at a time, so we stayed 10 nights and everyday we had to go to the front for the 1000 gift ticket which is not convenient NOR good service. They should give all 9 tickets at time of check in. That was the service I received at other hotel nearby.

Good budget option
It’s a decent place to stay for a couple of nights. They try really hard to make it nice but it is an older property in need of renovation. Breakfast was good especially if you like Japanese cuisine. If you are planning to be out all day and need a place to stay on a budget, this place is perfect.

6 Nights in Ishigaki
Very reasonable price, large clean rooms, staff was extremely friendly, easily accessible from the airport and delicious restaurants. Stayed here for 6 nights and I highly recommend you consider this hotel. There is also a nice pool with slide and a shuttle bus that runs to Fusaki beach resort.

The air conditioning simply did not work. I had hotel service come to the room, see the therostate was preset at 18C but there was no air flowing and it was HOT. He said "we checked and nothing is wrong with it, here is a fan". It was not an acceptable solution for what we were paying for this okay room in the middle of the summer. So disappointed.

最近できたホテルのようで、内装はとても綺麗でした。大浴場があったのも良かったですが、ビーチからは若干遠いので車で行かなくてはいけません。 短期ステイにはとても良いホテルでした！

Larger than we were expecting, the hotel has several cafes and restaurants of its own. We had the buffet dinner one night when in a rush for our plane, and while hardly gourmet it was actually pretty decent. Rooms quite large, the public bus from the airport runs literally to the door every 30 mins. And when we left a night early to escape an approaching typhoon they even refunded us for it which they didn't have to do which was mich appreciated. Nice swimming pool. A little far from the town centre and down dark lanes so a little difficult to go out in the evening except by taxi.

大堂服務周到，我們報了觀星團但因有雲和雨，自行取消亦沒有問題。大浴場設施齊備，可惜洗頭及洗澡產品不是POLA ，但房間有啊！及天花有欠清潔有很多黑點霉菌！精品店及Art shop 產品很豐富，我們也買了很多做手信。巴士綫9號，10號往返有Art hotel 站，出入對準時間真的很方便，唯獨晚間之石垣巴士缐沒有服務，所以回酒店要搭的士。

Everything was nice except for the check in. We came all together on a large bus and when I got to the counter they said we had to step off tonthe side because we were considered as a group because we came off the same bus. I booked my room separately but they told me I had to wait. After a long trip no one likes to wait for their room. Most would like to just get to their room and relax.

Great location with free parking
The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a spring for bathing which is convenience for a group of people to shower! There are restaurants and supermarket nearby and bus to airport, absolutely great location. In addition, they provide free parking which definitely an advantage!

The hotel is really clean and cozy and the room was very spacious. I had a 3 months old baby travelling with me and the hotel was able to arrange a baby crib with pillow and blanket for me. It is definitely a children friendly hotel. We enjoyed the public bath and the breakfast buffet. Overall our family had a wonderful stay.

The staff at Art Hotel was super helpful. Hotel was very clean. I really like the way they are promoting eco friendly by not having your bedsheets change, you get 500 yen coupon to shop at hotel. I really like their location which takes only 10-15mins away from lots of major shops. It’s almost hard to find a single thing to complain. Good job!! Art Hotel. I definitely would be back

Nice hotel with free shuttle
It was very useful for us to take the hotel free shuttle bus from the airport. We could go to Fusaki Beach by the shuttle, too. The hotel had Spa and it was very comfortable. That's why we stay there many times.

Ok hotel, but could be much better
This is a nice hotel, quite large and situated a 10-15 minute walk from the heart of town. They provide a shuttle to the airport and another hotel they own on the beach which is good. However the hotel is mainly catering for local tourists and staff English varies widely which led to a few problems (being told wrong bus etc.). Also the breakfast was very dissapointing. So overall a decent choice for the price but room for improvement.
