"We had a fantastic stay at Impressions Isla Mujeres. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. A huge thank you to Lalo and especially Rafa, our butler. Rafa was the best butler we’ve ever had and made everything easy, from reservations to helping us recover a swimsuit we accidentally left behind. The staff made our celebration extra special, and we can’t wait to come back. If possible, request Rafa, he’s amazing!"

Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Overall we had a nice stay at Secrets Playa Blanca, with both highlights and frustrations.The resort is beautiful, easy to navigate, and exceptionally clean. Our room was spotless throughout our stay, and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to our butlers, Eduardo and Duran, who went above and beyond with communication, reservations, and making my husband’s birthday extra special. Angela, Carin, Oscar, and our housekeeper Alan were also outstanding.We stayed in a Preferred Club swim-out room and enjoyed it, especially in the mornings. The PC infinity pool is quieter than the main pool. The swim-up bar was often crowded. The beach had significant seaweed and red flags throughout our stay, which was disappointing, but we still enjoyed relaxing by the water. The men’s dinner dress code is stricter than necessary for a beach vacation atmosphere, so plan accordingly. Dining favorites included the gyoza at Himitsu, the short rib tacos and beef soup at Seaside Grill, and the french onion soup and pork belly at Bordeaux. Coco Café quickly became one of our favorite spots.The resort is about an hour from the airport, so I recommend arranging transportation in advance. There is not much nearby, so plan to enjoy the resort amenities and entertainment, which were excellent. My biggest frustration was the vacation club presentation. What was presented as a 90-minute informational breakfast became a much longer sales presentation and left a negative impression."

"The property is fairly new so for me there was nothing major to complain about. The Staff was great, good food, pools were clean and not over crowded, and the room was clean and well maintained each day. My one and only issue, which is not major, is the property doesn’t have traditional irons and ironing boards. They use steamers which don’t work well with certain material. I will definitely return!!"

"The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. There was no need to make reservations for the restaurants, which was very convenient. I would especially recommend the Crystal restaurant and the Japanese restaurant. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the Italian restaurant, Roma. The food was disappointing, the fish was overcooked and dry, and the waiting time was very long. As for improvements, I would suggest adding more towel stations near the beach and perhaps a bar closer to the beach area for greater convenience. Better ventilation in the bathrooms would also be appreciated."

"This isn’t your usual party resort, if you are looking for a laid back vibe, it’s definitely one for you. Food here is so good with lots of option to pick.Great for families or people who want a quiet a relaxing vacation."
