"Privilege Aluxes was wonderful, from the private beach area to our hot tub on the balcony we enjoyed every minute. Michael and Jaime in guest services were prefecto! Jaime has shared about an excursion the day before, but I was undecided. I called at 10am the day of and Michael got us on the 10:30 excursion, it was seamless! Gordiddi and Jose, a couple of the outdoor security guys, went above and beyond to help park our golf cart, greeted us in the street and make sure we had a good time on Hidalgo. Edwin was wonderful in explaining all the amenities and Jesus was wonderful giving details at checkout "
