The staff is super attentive and the facilities are well maintained. The food options are plentiful and delicious. The National Aviary of Colombia is close by and is not to be missed. I am of Colombian descent and will return. It’s just beautiful. "

The room we stayed in was very small. But the bed was spectacular as were the pillows and linens For the price I'd recommend a stay at the Hotel Caribe "

"I wish I could give this 1000 stars. The best resort, service & location I have ever encountered in all my travels . Sofitel baru ia a true oasis, you arrive by boat and there are no other resorts - nothing but jungle for miles. We felt like we were on White Lotus lol. The staff is unmatched , attentive & sweet. The resort itself never felt crowded , we would see maybe 4 others groups during the day . Always had loungers at beach or pool. The grounds & the room were to die for , the height of luxury . Would go again and again. "
