"The room was a decent size, spotless, and very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Having effective air conditioning was a huge plus. It is also conveniently located near the main train station (Santa Justa), which is helpful for arrivals and departures. While it's near the train station, the hotel is quite far from the main tourist attractions and the historic center. You will likely need to rely on public transport or taxis to get to the major sights. Staff & Service: The service experience was inconsistent. The male receptionist was outstanding—polite, energetic, and provided very useful local information. In contrast, the female receptionist often appeared exhausted and disinterested. She seemed unwilling to assist and provided very little helpful information, making us feel unwelcome. Overall: A solid choice for comfort and cleanliness, especially if you need to be near the station. However, be prepared for a bit of a commute to the sights and hit-or-miss service at the front desk."

"We've never stayed anywhere like the Casas de la Juderia - what an amazing place. A complete jumble of historic houses with individual courtyards all joined together via passages, stairs and tunnels. Charm and character by the bucketload. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the reception area and piano bar were stunning. Breakfast room is the old wine cellars underground, but I would only give the breakfast 4 stars - it was fine but not exceptional."

"Generally everything is “OK”. Check in was very impersonal and no explanation of where anything was or where the facilities where. Pool area is nice but no staff there and the bar is unmanned. Waited for 29 mins for “service” at the pool but gave up.. Room was nice but the “balcony” was fully enclosed so didn’t feel like a balcony and had no view… Mini bar only has 2 bottles of still water.. very clean and tidy but would probably say it’s a 3* plus hotel.. great if you are in Seville on buisness "
