They had 5 rooms left and i booked it and showed them the confirmation code and they kept telling me i was not in the system and told me i was not allowed to stay and had no rooms available. I had to book abother room elsewhere. I was not happy and they still billed me. I showed the front desk my receipt from expedia a d they denied my reservation but they still took my money when i dint even stay there, i tried but they refused me and stope my money ... shame on san juan hotel and shame on expedia "
