This is my second time stayed in this Residence. Easy to find location and walking distance to a big mall and street food vendors. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast are great. Parking located in the basement with easy access and secure place. Rooms are clean and somewhat well kept. Great place to gathered with family; Even though it may be a little too loud for other guests. Definitely will stay here for the next trip.

SMALL BUT COMFORTABLE
The hotel wasn't really easy to find, hidden among other business premises. The room is a bit smaller than I expected or what I am used to but I was surprised by the comfort of the bed and pillow, I had the best sleep here than any other hotel during my holiday. The staff are friendly and helpful. I didn't have breakfast or food here due to time constraint. I recommend this hotel to those who like just to get comfortable and clean place to sleep without frills. We loved it, and certainly will go back.

Overall so-so, do not expect super service and room. This hotel is awesome if, for example, you need a time to get dressed or prepare yourself for an event nearby. Not for the leisure time you need at the end of a rough week.

Nice hotel close enough to Blok M.
Entrance of hotel is not on the main road so it provides some peace and quiet. That said, need to locate the hotel via map and have to ask Taxi driver to not miss the turn into the parallel street behind.

A little difficult for Taxi to find as it is set back from the main road a bit and has a traffic gate that is sometimes closed at night onto the street from one direction.

위치및 편의성
블록엠프라자 바로 옆에위치에있습니다.룸컨디션은 보통이지만 편의성은 좋습니다.특히 테라스가있어 흡연자에게있어 좋았구요 아쉬운점은 wifi가 불안정한게 아쉽네요.주변 먹거리 아주많고 맞은편에는 일본식당들이 많습니다.

出張でよく利用しますが、ブロックMに近く、MRT駅もすぐ近くです。費用が安い割には部屋が広くて気に入っています。ただし、朝食は期待しない方がいいですし、インターネットも遅いです。1泊、2泊の出張で、費用を安くしたい方にはお勧めです。

安くて便利です！
ジャカルタ滞在の際は、リーズナブルなので時々利用します。 今回はバスタブ付きの部屋を利用しましたが、排水口が壊れていて操作できず、入浴後お湯を抜くのに随分苦労しました。 ブロックМにも近く、奇麗なホテルとは言えませんが個人的には多少のトラブルは許容できるので、経済的に有利なこのホテルはまた利用すると思います。

値段相応だが大型冷蔵庫はありがたい
2度目の宿泊で概ね満足している。 大型の冷蔵庫があり、近くにビールを売っている日系のスーパーがあるのも嬉しい。 前回はシャワーのお湯の出ない時間帯があったが、今回はそれはなかった。 残念なのは シーツ類が少しくたびれていること、そして朝食が質素であること。 今回はエアコンの効きが悪かった。 そして何故だか毎回隣のビルだろうか 、上から水が滝のように落ちてくる音がずっとしていること。 まあ問題も多いこのホテルだが、 ブロック M 地区で この料金で冷蔵庫が完備しているホテルはなかなかないので重宝している 。

低料金なのに満足できる
低料金を考慮すればかなり満足のいく 施設だと思う。 ドライヤーはないが大きめの冷蔵庫があり近くにはビールを売っているスーパーもある。 部屋は広くはないが一人なら 十分である。 残念な点はタオルやシーツ類がかなり古めであること。 シャワーの水量が不十分で 洗面の排水もかなり悪かったこと。 そして立地が分かりづらいということ。 レジデンスということで入り口がホテルらしくなく 初めての時に夜の到着は注意した方が良い。

サンピートレジデンスについて
ホテルに関しては、綺麗で周りも静かなので、ゆっくり過ごすことが出来ます。部屋にミネラルウォーターのサーバー、冷蔵庫がありました。風呂にはバスタブもあるので、ゆっくりバスタイムを満喫出来ます。 ホテルの場所は、Block M に歩いて1分程度と大変近いのでショッピングや食事（日本食）をするには大変良い場所と考えます。

よく利用してます。 ブロックMにあり日本人向けの居酒屋、食べものやが多い、インドネシア料理が苦手は私には助かります。 ブロックMプラザには換金率よい両替屋が有ります。 ジャカルタのホテルは冷蔵庫ないホテルが多いがここには大きの冷蔵庫が有り 重宝してます。

定宿のひとつです。
コスパとロケーションの良いジャカルタ出張時の定宿のひとつです。 夜中には通りの入口が遮断機で塞がれるので、早朝便での帰国の際などタクシーの出入りは不便ですが、フロントでタクシーを呼んでくれるので認識しておけば問題ないです。 部屋は綺麗とは言い難いですが許容範囲です。

コスパ含めて部屋自体は悪くないが、虫が多いのと停電があったのが大きなマイナス要因。 しかし大型の冷蔵庫とバスタブのある部屋でこの値段はなかなかないので、覚悟(準備)してリピートする可能性はあるかも⁉︎

コスパ最高！
もう何度も使ってるので買って知ったると言うところはあるんですが、何度泊まってもこれと言って問題は無いです。 エレベーターが使えなくなったのはイタイけどすぐ直るだろうし、所詮三階建てなんで重い荷物がなければなんてことありません。

冷蔵庫が冷え冷えになるのでとても良いです。 （冷やす前に一度現在の温度設定を見たほうがいいですが） ベッド自体には問題はないのですが土台の角に足のスネをぶつける確率が高く あれだけは何とかしてほしい。

外観は良かったのですが 中は結構ガタがきてました。 雨季だったから？部屋の中にも蚊がいました。 ついた時は少し部屋が汚い印象を受けましたが レイトチェックインだったから掃除されてなかった？？ 次の日からは綺麗でした。 フロントのおっちゃんが中々の手際の悪さで チェックイン・アウトに時間がかかりましたがまぁまぁそこは（笑） でも、冷蔵庫がめちゃ冷える！ 素晴らしい！ あっ、セキュリティに関してはザルなので気にする方にはあまりおすすめはできません。 ビジネスホテルというより旅のお宿的なかんじでしょうか。 サンピート通りは似た建物が多いので少し注意です。 ブロックMプラザからサンピート通りに入ってすぐに右に曲がると左手にこのホテルがあったはず... ドライヤーやアメニティはないです、歯ブラシと水くらい。

前回宿泊と比較して朝食のバリエーションがなくなりました（4泊目で一巡。しかも毎日白米で麺、炒飯は無し・・）。 1階の蚊がひどく、30～40箇所は刺されました。2階の部屋はそうでもないそうです。 場所は便利です。
