Horrible Experience!
Not so good, definitely! Will never come agai n, due to these following issues: 1. I got charged two times, they didnt even aware 2. I got locked in an elevator when I tried to get to the basement, no notice at all or notification at all that the elevator right under the hotel belong to the apartment that they share their parking lot with 3. Swimming pool is awful, so small and dirty. It was very bad for a 4-star hotel. 4. Most of all, we had to pay for our son’s breakfast. It is a non-spoken rule everywhere in the world that breakfast covers 2 adults with two kids, what a capitalist! 5. They didnt bother prepare the second key card. When I had to go downstairs, my wife and kids had to wait in the dark in the room. 6. We also found dents and Not recommended at all, not worth to spend that much of your money. Better go to Mercure with the same rate and surely give most compelling experience compare to this one. We regretted so much!

Stayed there 2 nights for business. The hotel does the job: I slept well in a rather comfortable bed and the breakfast choice was very good. The room and linens are however a tad old and a refresh would be appreciated. I'd still recommended if you need to stay in the area for business and don't want the daily commute from Jakarta.

とても清潔で安心・快適!
2ヶ月前に初めて滞在し、とても良かったのでこちらを選びました。基本的にとても清潔なので、安心できます。また、ホテルスタッフの対応も親切・丁寧で大変良く、食事もサラダ・パン〜インドネシア料理を中心に楽しめます。個人的に嬉しいのは、ジャムゥJAMUが飲めること。比較的飲みやすく美味しいです! ホテル内だけでもゆったりとした時間が過ごせますし、同じ敷地内に美味しいカフェもあるので、すごく楽しめました。 間違いなく快適なので、マンスリーで泊まりたいぐらいお気に入り! 機会あればまたぜひ泊まりたいです。

BSDの隅に位置していますが、どこへ行くにも近いですし、新しく清潔でじゅうぶんゆっくりできました。レストランのスタッフの対応など、とても良かったです。また泊まりたいホテルのひとつになりました。
