"The room was spacious, elegant and clean. The bedding, linens and towels were of good quality. Housekeeping was highly professional. The pool and surrounds were inviting. The breakfast was good as were other meals in the restaurant. Reception staff were pleasant and efficient. All the people were very kind and helpful. The general ambience is very pleasant. The hotel has its own very good convenience shop and others are ery close-by. The location cannot be surpassed, being within easy walking distance of all the best aspects of Menteng including the parks, shops, restaurants, cinema and railway stations of Gondangdia and Cikini. The long distance train station, Gambir, is a short taxi ride away."

"Whn we chknin the carpet was not clean and the nxt day we have to call the cleaner to vacuum it ..cause they only make up the room. We book the wrong room ..too small for us cause we bring 2 medium luagage and hard to do the prayers..Over all is good ..especially the breakfast ..more choices and variety ..."
