"It is a great location. It is safe and secure. I like the area. You can walk to restaurants and convenience stores. The stuff are friendly and the apartment is spacious for one or two people. The area gets crowded during the night. There are a lot to do in the area. "

"The hotel is next to Japantown so there are tons of options for food and drinks close by. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a bathtub. Breakfast buffet was small but good, more fruit options needed. The staff was excellent and very helpful, especially Wy at the lobby. Would definitely recommend, good value for the money."

"The KIN Hotel was a nice surprise in that the rooms were as nice as depicted in the pictures, the lobby was impressive, the staff were friendly and it had a great rooftop pool and bar. The location was good and easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and the river. We stayed for 3 nights and found it to be very enjoyable. "
