Hotels with Childcare in Jiangnan

Exactly how a 5 star hotel should be. From the room to service staff, everything was impeccable. The concierge are helpful and speaks good English.

We enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons very much. The hotel is luxurious and has an extensive beautiful traditional garden to explore. Location is perfect since it is between the Lingyin temple and tea plantation area and the west lake. It was a 15 minutes walk to the West Lake Impression site, and we revisited the area and Sui Causeway the next morning to enjoy the cherry blossoms. The whole area is just stunning. The service was excellent too, they were very welcoming and helped me in...

Everything are so good. Good location, good host, good breakfast, nice and clean room.

Good modern decoration. Friendly and excellent service

Service is good and hotel is very new. All staffs are friendly

Good hotel but need to improve on the internet speed and stability.

Super wide king size bed. Can fit comfortably my 6 year old daughter! Very quiet environment as room is away from the lift Huge walk-in wardrobe. Became my wife's private space! Fantastic sound system for watching dvds.

Nice, clean and friendly hotel

Hotel is clean and comfortable for staying. Nice environment, safe and convenient

Stay was excellent. Only problem is location of hotel is 25 mins from city and there is not much to do around the hotel.

Room is spacious and comfortable and there is a surprise me , a skywalk in the living room with a beautiful lake view

Hospitality was very good and I enjoyed the stay
