We’ve always made NB hotel our first choice of stay whenever we visit JB. The staff are always helpful & cheerful, the place is impeccably clean and you can find restaurants, 99 supermart, laundry wash, etc all within a stone throw away!

Relatively new hotel with basic essentiall. Cleaned room and sheets prpvided which is important to us. Reception staff are quiet helpful. A quiet and nice district with good eateries nearby. Will consider to book again for it's reasonable room rate on offer for our next triip.

Overall good stay. Hotel and room like in picture, clean and comfy. Good location convenient. Only one thing I did not like: after 6 hours driving we arrived one hour earlier before checking time the lady at the reception just told us that checking time is at 3pm, no greeting, no welcome, no smile...such disappointment. Except that we had a cordial experience with staff.

Comfortable Stay for a 2 stars Hotel

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable! The room is clean, just that the carpet feel abit dusty and there is minor stains on the towel. There's 2 supermarket options, pizza hut and domino's pizza for dining around the hotel. Overall, comfortable stay and good experience for a 2 stars hotel!

Affordable nice clean hotel

First, location is not good. If you are driving, good but if not, it's gg to be difficult to get there and there are not many amenities nearby. That being said, it's a clean hotel for families, with quiet rooms and is very affordable. Family room has 2 king sized beds. Would definitely stay here again. Check in and out very straightforward. $50 deposit returned on checkout.

Great

For about 80 myr a night, this is a great place to stay. New and clean room with a comfy king bed. Ample parking space if you're driving. There is also a water dispenser right by the lift. Unfortunately, wifi is rather slow and there is only regular tv. No fridge or telephone too. Not a fan of the layout of the light switches too. Would recommend for crashing a couple nights.

NB hotel exceeded my expectations for a 2-star establishment. My stay here was much more comfortable than the 3-star hotel I stayed in 2 weeks ago. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the bed was comfortable! Loved the perfume used at the lobby too. While I noticed minor stains on the towel, it was otherwise clean, and the overall cleanliness of the room was fine. Just below the hotel, there's a convenience stall, a supermarket, and dining options. It was a pity the prata stall wasn't opened the morning we were there. Overall, good experience!
