Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I showed up with a reservation and there were no rooms available. The hotel would not cancel my reservation and expedia was unable to get a hold of them. I will have to get my money back through my credit card. It's my understanding that several other people had this happen to them on the same day.
