The cleanliness of the hotel really stood out. My room had two beds, a spacious bathroom, a washer/dryer, a balcony, plus a hot plate, sink, and mini refrigerator, which made the stay extra convenient—almost like having a mini apartment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shibuya. "

"It was my first time in Tokyo, and my stay was splendid. The staff was very patient and friendly. I would sometimes amuse them with my little japanese and google translator. Would definitely stay here again while in Tokyo. My only suggestion is to consider implementing a lunch and dinner component. The keikyu-kamata station is a few minutes walk with many surrounding restaurants making a convenient stay for new comers to Tokyo. "
