"It was a great experience for my first time at a ryokan/onsen. Staff and service was first class. In room onsen is such an awesome thing to have. I enjoyed having access to a mist and dry sauna. The open air onsen was awesome to experience. Full body oil massage was also great. This was a great relaxation getaway in a small town. If I get the opportunity, I would come here again. "
