"The corner suite was ideal as we had a large patio on the first floor. The backyard setting was beautiful as we sipped our morning beverage outside. The private onsen was perfect as we looked out onto the greenery. The staff was outstanding from the time of check in to check out. Both the dinners and breakfast (we stayed two nights) were outstanding, and we enjoyed every bite. The town itself is small and outside of some hiking, there isn't much to do. But if you're looking for a true get away that's not touristy, then this place is perfect."

"The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my young children (e.g. diaper genie in the bathroom, high chairs/boosters in the dining room). The room itself was well kept with a great view, and it was nice to have the hot spring bath in the room. The free shuttle to/from Sapporo Station was also very convenient."
