Room was spacious, nice and comfortable - and the hotel has a small rooftop terrace. Area is quiet and nice, but with a selection of amazing small restaurants close by. "The staff was helpful during our stay. We did luggage transfer from Kyoto to Tokyo and the staff helped us with the process. The room was very clean, water pressure in the shower was amazing. We loved the hotel concept of fawn. There are beautiful plants and beautiful atmosphere in the lobby and guest lounge, featuring herb water with ice for the guests. The room was nice but not too spacious for a larger family. It was equipped with a mini fridge and kettle. Windows brought light to the room but no views, so it felt somewhat enclosed. The bathroom was very spacious and nice, with a separate toilet stall. The toilet/bathing spaces are separate from the room itself but still private within an overall enclosure. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, eateries and convenience stores and the staff is very helpful and friendly."
