"It’s a great little hotel in a very quiet part of Kyoto. If you wish to get away from all the crowds and just experience how the locals live, this is a hotel for you. "We LOVED this place. It was very modern and spacious. The bathing space looked brand spanken new, with a beautiful shower / tub and sink. That was separate from the bathroom, which had a wonderful bidet style toilet. The beds were large and comfortable, and there was a huge window that ran the length of the wall for plenty of light and views."

"We stayed for 7 days while visiting Kyoto for Fall foliage. The room is very clean and quite with great insulation. The staffs are courteous, patient and helpful with questions. Great walking location to train stations, convenient stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. Would book it again next time and recommend to friends or relatives with no hesitation. "

"This is a very clean and modern hotel with a warm, welcoming, and helpful staff. The room was large, comfortable, and spotless. Though we don't speak Japanese, the staff was easy to communicate with and super helpful. The hotel has free shuttles to several locations. Local buses and the subway were only 3 minutes away and we used them to get around town easily. Wed gladly stay here again."
