The hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with friendly staff who make everything easy. The rooms are spacious and perfect for families, and the location is great—right on the doorstep of Universal Studios Japan and Universal City. Every stay here feels smooth and stress-free. "Beautiful hotel and room. The front desk staff was particularly helpful when helping me with a local phone call. They were patient and courteous. The lounge has free hot dogs and gelato 530-9. This is lovely. They also offer free waffles/pancakes, ice cream, drinks, coffee, macarons, etc., from 2-9 pm. Again, this is very very nice. The room was very large and very comfortable for Japan standards. We had a very lovely stay here. Thank you."
