"Booked to stay here for an authentic Ryokan Onsen experience on our Japan holiday. This was our first time at both a ryokan and an Onsen so we don’t have an awful lot to compare it to on those aspects. However, the positives of the hotel were that the staff were very friendly and happy to help. They spoke a small amount of English and were happy to try to assist when needed. "Very cozy. This place makes you feel like home. The bedroom is nice and clean. The common room, where you can put your food in the fridge, provides free coffee/tea. It is a shared bathroom that you can put “in use” sign for your own private use. The staff is so kind. He also recommended the nearby place to see the autumn leaves. Not only the staff but also the other guests are very kind and friendly. "
