"Such a lovely resort with a beautiful beach. Staff were very helpful. The kids loved it. Other than swimming, there isn’t aren’t very many activities. My wife felt the spa and dining options were limited. But I just enjoyed it as a place to truly relax and unwind away from the crowds. A very special resort."

"Fantastic stay. Staff have excellent customer service skills, we were greeted with a personalised check in, welcome drink, no queuing. All staff, without exception, from the start to the end of our stay, were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely overlooking one of the lakes, comfy bed and Rituals toiletries, with bathtub and wet room, and a generous sized balcony to enjoy the view with a tea or a coffee in the morning. The property is immaculately maintained, beautiful gardens and clean, like-new swimming pools. The food was also faultless- European or Asian options in the two restaurants do breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks and (really good, espresso Cimbali machines) coffee available anytime. I would stay with them again. The only downside is the nearby local beach (Cenang) is not clean or pretty, but for a 20’ ride you can go anywhere in the island - Tanjung Rhu is stunning. Recommended!"

"From the moment we arrived and warmly welcomed it was clear to us that this was more than just a hotel, it was a luxury experience. The resort was absolutely beautiful, the staff utterly amazing and the service impeccable. I have stayed in many resorts and hotels, often on the higher end of the scale, but nothing has come close to this. Simply put, it is the best hotel I have every stayed in, period. A huge personal thank you goes out to Torun, Zia and Prakash from Housekeeping, Suhayl and the Horizon Pool and Bar Team, and last but certainly not least, the entire staff at the Langkawi Kitchen. Staying here was the absolute standout highlight of a beautiful 2 week vacation in Malaysia, and we look forward to staying here again in the future. A beautiful experience that we both will remember for a very long time."
