Room was quite large, newly furnished, and smelled clean and fresh. The breakfast was fairly sizable, but basically the same thing every day, the swimming pool was great, very clean amenities.

Hotel facilities was in top condition. Comfortably stay with beautiful scenic. Strong aircon and maintained excellent cleanliness

We had an awesome trip here at iconic awesome location with a lot of shops.

Eastin Hotel is about 10 minutes walk away from Queensbay Mall which is convenient for people who would like to shop. There is also a lot of food there for tourists to enjoy.

Convenient location, everything is very new and staff is exceptional. One thing to note for the cleaners is to clean the hidden corners next to the wardrobe- I dropped a piece of clothing and collected all the dust

This is the hotel that I will never miss to reserve whenever I'm in Penang (even though it was only a night of stay in this trip), I've also introduced my friend to this hotel in the past which he used it for his proposal as I feel this is one of best hotel I've stayed in all my travelling to different countries.
