"The room was spotless and well appointed. There is a local hawker centre about 400 meters away which we walked to for dinner. The bus stops were very handy and only 2MR to George Town. Zeus coffee was 5 mins across the road which my coffee enthusiastic enjoyed for price and quality. "

"Carpark view. Can pay more for higher room with better view if you want. Friendly and Helpful staff. There’s a connection to the beach via overhead bridge only accessible by hotel guests. Breakfast nice selection. No need to go early if you want. If you have to checkout early, can request the front counter to prepare breakfast to take away. Hotel is old but is well kept. Nice place. Have to use Grab to travel around but very easy and affordable. "

"It’s a fairly good location but unfortunately the place is really run down. It’s in desperate need of basic repairs, a coat of paint and some decent bedding. WiFi is so poor that some days it’s non existent."

"The descrfiption mentioned there is hot tub. that is the only reason why i booked this room - for my son. But when i c hecked in, there was no hot tub. When i checed with the agent, she said it's not her problem. previously there was a hot tub, and then they removed it which was obviously a lie. Furthermore she was rude, even before i said anything she became so defensive and said its not her problem. you want to complain, go complain to Hotels.com, this has nothing to do with me."
