The hotel may look normal from the outside. But the interior is beautiful and clean. The hotel provides underground carpark facilities. There are ample slots too. Bed is very comfortable and the TV programe are in HD!

Newly establish hotel, pretty room interior design, relaxing infinity pool after a hot day of exploring, staff were polite and friendly, walking distance to Georgetown tourist attractions.

Room was quite large, newly furnished, and smelled clean and fresh. The breakfast was fairly sizable, but basically the same thing every day, the swimming pool was great, very clean amenities.

Our request for high floor and quiet room was meet without difficulties. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very convenient location.

Eastin Hotel is about 10 minutes walk away from Queensbay Mall which is convenient for people who would like to shop. There is also a lot of food there for tourists to enjoy.

Good staff service, clean and looks new room

Great location, nice beach and gardens (but sea near the shore is brown). Service is exceptional, from the waiters at the pool to the reception and breakfast staff. Great sunset views overlooking gardens, white beach and sea. We were upgraded to a suite which was very big and beautiful, with verandah deck and stunning views. Facilities and room were great, although it is under renovation.

Lovely resort close to the beach. The location is not really within walking distance anywhere but to the beach but there is a free shuttle daily and public bus stops in both directions right in front of the place.The staff were very friendly and professional, very responsive to questions and requests. The room was spacious and had a beautiful sea view. Wifi is free if you sign up for the free Hilton membership which is a big plus.

My 3 nights stay was a fantastic experience. Booked the hotel to experience Penang's natural beauty. This is definitely not for the thrill seeker traveler. It's perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing getaway. You get the privacy you need since it's at the opposite end of the island, over the hills, and close to Penang National Park's entrance. Stayed 5 nights, very friendly helpful staffs, excellent central location short walking distance to many Georgetown attractions and wonderful food.

Overall ambience, cleanliness and polite and warm staff hotel is grand
