Clean & comfortable hotel with helpful and polite staff. Near eateries.

Lovely hotel, awesome location🙏😊❤️

Service at the Jawi Peranakan is first rate - very prompt, attentive and yet unobtrusive from all the staff. Guests feel most welcomed. The rooms are tastefully furnished with Moorish/Indian accents and the grounds provide a tranquil respite from the traffic outside. Guests don't have to walk too far for meals and shopping. There is a good mix of high-end as well as cheap dining options nearby. Shops at Campbell Street and Chowrasta Market are about a 10-15 minute walk away. All in...

房間很乾淨舒服，感覺飯店蠻新的 地點也很棒！走去大馬路有好多吃的 真的物超所值的價錢！

This is the hotel that I will never miss to reserve whenever I'm in Penang (even though it was only a night of stay in this trip), I've also introduced my friend to this hotel in the past which he used it for his proposal as I feel this is one of best hotel I've stayed in all my travelling to different countries. Check in staff was fast, efficient and helpful… service staff all round were good! Great location sandwiched in between 2 malls

Perfect stay for family! Nice and clean unit, with washing machine, iron, hairdryer, tv, water heater, fridge etc. Most importantly we able to see sunrise every morning!! Superb view! My kids love it so much. Will definitely book this if my family visit Penang again.

Good location with supermarket nearby. Two coffeeshop with hawker foods nearby too. Room is spacious and clean. Will stay again next round

Room spacious👍 Room Cleanliness 👍 Staff Nice and Courtesy👍

The hotel is conveniently located in the Old town, easy accessible to Unesco Heritage site and street foods. 5 minutes walk to 1st Avenue and Komtar shopping centres. Room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and approachable. There are on site Restaurant and Convenient store for your convenience during raining days. Facilities wise, there are no phone and minibar in the room. If the hotel could improve on this, it would be perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my...

Exceptional service and great location (near popular restaurant and food centre).

The people there are helpful. Do note that the cafe is vegetarian. The hotel had its heyday and its infrastructure need some upgrading. Else, it is comfortable.
