Was a really nice, spotless room with a lovely balcony to watch the world go by and the awesome sunset...if you don’t want to cross the road to see it from the beach!

We had an amazing stay at the Coral Inn hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated near bars and restaurants and cross over the road and your on the beach. Will definitely be returning.

Great location & a super effective staff
Location , location,location combined with caring staff make your stay at the Coral Inn a great experience. My wife & I spent 15 days at this location enjoyed every second. A few issues occurred with the room however immediately rectified

Ok for a few nights, noisy and small
+ room was clean + Breakfast was ok (choice of either American or Asian breakfast) + Location is good, close to Beach, close to eateries + Check in was fast + Attached restaurant seems to be decent in general + Daily beach towels as part of the room service + Has fridge - no elevator - somewhat noisy at night regardless of which room you get, however you will be able to sleep - aircon has on/off mode for higher temperatures, which is odd - if you look or the window you get a nice electric buzz sound as there is a high voltage line right in front of half of the rooms - bathroom small and weird structure - smaller sized room in general but ok - no place to hang/dry the swimming clothes

Great location
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. Apart from needing a few minor repairs the room was clean, comfortable and the hotel is in a good location. It was very reassuring to know we were coming back here after a long day. No hot water for shower though. We found the restaurant food very small portions and quality slightly under average. Staff were great!

Great beach and shopping location.
Well located on Karon Beach. Nice ocean view. Very clean. Extremely friendly staff. We stayed here 3 nights and would highly recommend this hotel.

I felt cheated
The hotel was not bad overall. My main complaint being that I rented a room specifically with a balcony and a view. There was neither, just a window looking straight into a wall. The management was unable to do anything about it.

Good beachside property
The property is located right in front of Karon beach. Karon beach us just across the road. This is the major benefit of this property. The staff is also very friendly and always have smile on face. But this is not a hotel it's an Inn. It does not have traditional hotel amenities like gym, pool, big lobby etc. Breakfast is provided at their restuaurant located next door.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, the staff is very friendly and the owner/boss is very nice and upgraded us to a ocean view room. When you first get to the place it doesnt seem like a hotel because front lobby is always locked and nobody is ever there as they also own the restuarant next door and staff is always there. No AC in the lobby very hot, only 3 story hotel so no elevator. Wifi is not good. The 4 nights we were there we Moved 3 different rooms. The first upgraded room was infested with ants so they moved us to a different room. The next we moved back to the same room after it was cleaned, then the AC stopped working so we were moved again to different room. The location is excellent, very central. Everything is close by. The hotel is very safe and secure as you need your key card to enter the lobby then key to enter the stairway. Overall it was an ok stay for the value and the staff made it very welcoming. 3/5

lack of anyone in reception, no hot water for 2 days, no TV signal for all our 3 nights. Karon not a great Thai town, even most shop signs in Russian! just about tells you all you need to know! More Blackpool than Phuket and not for us. Cut time short and went back to Bangkok

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, very clean
I would have to say this is one of the best in karon. The staff made all the difference! Very friendly and went out of there way to Make me feel welcome. Very clean rooms and modern that make you feel like your in a 5 star resort. I have to make a shout out to the owner and staff of coral inn for making my stay one of the best in Phuket.

Patio door doesn't lock might get murdered
I got into the hotel room turned around and walked out. Dodgy dodgy dodgy patio door had been jimmied with a screwdriver from on the patio then I looked closer and you could gain access to the patio from hotel roof. So room couldn't be locked with you asleep or when you went out and have your stuff in the room. Also waited 20 minutes for someone to even turn up at the front desk. I went elsewhere and took the hit and lost my money.

Conveniently located between beach and shopping
Hotel well renovated in a modern way with a very friendly and dedicated staff. Good restaurant part of the hotel. Near the beach and the street on which there is the main action of Karon (massages, bars, restaurants, shops, travel agencies, etc.) A bit noisy as area (in front of a main roundabout), but in the room, that's okay. This is an advantage to get out of the hotel without having to take a taxi to the main shopping street.

Nice hotel close to beach
Overall a good experience. Very close to the beach, shops close by and real easy to get transport to other beaches. Patong is close if you want main shopping centres. Worst part is there isn't much choice regarding breakfast and if you wanted to watch t.v. English text language was not an option, a few english channels - movies, but no English text

Great little hotel with amazing food!
The coral inn was great. Located in the best spot in karon loacal to everything! The staff were very nice and super helpfull. The aircon makes the room smell a bit strange when first walking in but you get used to it. I would stay here again!

Coral Inn visit 01/06/2015 to 08/06/2015
Stayed at the Coral Inn from 1st of June to 08th of June 2015. Room was very clean upon arrival. We stayed in a superior room and ameneties included King size bed, bathroom with shower, Satelite TV, WIFI & Air-conditioner. Staff are very friendly and room is cleaned daily. Unfortunately there are no sea views as such from the hotel as the windows have sun screens over but this is not a big problem. Hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor which serves the breakfast for the rooms. The breakfast could do with some work, especially the "American Breakfast". One of the nights during our stay you could hear loud music from a nearby bar until just after midnight but in general the hotel is quite quiet. Other than the food served at the restaurant the hotel is great and we would happily visit Coral Inn again.

Overall good if you are okay with the small toilet
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The toilet and the room are quite small, but they are clean and nice. There is no bath tub too. The location is near to the beach and near to the 'town' of Karon, it is peaceful and relaxing.

Good Value But Needs a Little Improvement
Stayed for 5 nights at the Coral Inn. It is a nice new building in an outstanding location next to all the shops, restaurants, and bars on one of the main streets. Also the beach is right across the street. Nice bed, and nice new rooms. Service is great when the people are at the desk. Often they aren't, though, as they are also covering the attached restaurant next door. Also, the wi-fi is very spotty, and the showers aren't great (low water pressure in ours, and a very touchy hot setting). Overall, though, it was a good value for our money...just would like them to improve service presence, wifi, and their showers. Then it'll be a great boutique hotel.

Not slumming but not winning.
New hotel, still trying to get situated. It was small, in a perfect location at the roundabout in Karon. No one was at the front desk when I arrived and I had to wait. The staff also works at the restaurant (which is excellent!) next door. The bed sheets were soiled when I arrived. No full bathrooms with tubs. Only stalls with a curtain to separate from the toilet. Tiny balcony but nice place to relax in the afternoon while the sun sets. Wifi available. Terrible towels.

I would love to stay again!
海の目の前にあり、食事や買い物にも便利な場所にあります。 空港から出ているスカイバスのバス停も近く、最高の場所にあります。 外の音が気になることもありましたが、眠れないほどではありませんでした。 スタッフの方も親切で親しみやすく、色々観光に有益な情報を教えてくださいました。 次回プーケットに行く機会があれば、また宿泊したいと思います。

従業員がとてもフレンドリーでレイトアウトチェックにも対応してくれ気持ち良く滞在出来ましたが一つだけ残念だったのが排水の匂いが何とも言えない匂いがして消臭スプレーを購入してシューシューしてました^_^排水管綺麗にした方がいいと思います。

Good hotel on prime location on Karon Beach, close to everything, although in a roundabout there is not much noise and a very nice sea view. Staff doesn't speak much english but they try. Breakfast should start earlier because with the hour the tours start is almost impossible to get.

Konumu plaja çok yakın. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Dışardan pansiyon görünümünde ancak içi odalar temizdi. Tek sorun havlular yıkanmadan tekrar koyuldu. Kahvaltı vasatın altındaydı.

Bella vacanza
Hotel comodissimo; proprio sul lungo mare. Situato a Karon beach, circondato da ristoranti pub e negozietti. Hotel pulito, personale simpaticissimo e disponibile. Proprietario molto gentile. L hotel ha il ristorante di alta qualità. Camera davvero bella. Forse l' unica nota negativa, è che alcune stanze affacciano su una strada principale piena di ristoranti e pub; quindi fino ad una certa ora si sente un po di musica e rumori della strada( mi è capitato un paio di sere di essere andato a letto presto per fare escursioni il girono dopo, la musica fino All 1 si sentiva ma senza creare troppo disturbo ) Nel complesso hotel davvero bello. Ottima qualità prezzo.

Superläge
Litet trevligt hotell i Karon med superläge oavsett shopping, restauranger eller strandhäng. Enda negativa är att det tar ganska lång tid att få frukost på morgonen annars toppen. Värt att nämna är att vi inte stördes av ljudet från gatan även om vi hade balkongen rakt ut mot vägen. Rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell och risken finns att vi stannar där fler gånger.
