Smooth and efficient check-in made for a nice start to the stay. The room isn’t large, but it feels more spacious than its actual size. It had everything I needed, and the bedding was very comfortable. The outdoor bar was also a nice spot to relax in the evening. Conveniently located in vibrant Katong, this hotel can be a very good option if you can get a good rate.

Great location

Service is great and efficient. The checkout staff noticed my dissatisfaction as I was waiting a tad bit long and gave me a box of chocolate upon checkout. Few things to note: AC is motion sensored, it can get hot at night when no motion is detected. Phone network is cut off as soon as you enter the room and am “forced” to use the hotel wifi instead. TV keeps turning off by itself when changing channels. Check in counter and concierge can have more staff during peak check in and check out hours....

Overall the experience of staying in Park Royal Marina was good. Relax and comfortable.

Second stay at Swissôtel The Stamford, and just as enjoyable as the first! The room was comfortable, the staff friendly and welcoming, and the location super convenient. Parking was easy and hassle-free too. Always a pleasant stay — definitely coming back again!

Staff friendly and very good.

The staff were friendly and helped me to decorate a surprise birthday and give free cake

Excellent Service. Beautiful room. Great minibars

The outdoor pool isn’t large than I thought…and full of children…

Everything was amazing at this hotel, the room, the food, coffee and atmosphere. The best part was the happy hour, a 2 for one cocktail selection and the delicious lobster roll.
