"We were very grateful for the cleanliness of the room! We had a room with a private bathroom, and both the sleeping area and the bathroom was very clean. Futon beds were comfortable and warm. "Every detail was considered for the ultimate relaxing stay. The meals were great, the lobby always had refreshments and the massaging chair in the room was perfect. The main draw to staying here was the hot springs. I was relieved that my tattoo was not an issue in the baths. I would love to come back and stay longer next time!"

"The hotel is fantastically located next to the station and within walking distance of Kajo park. The room was clean and a lot larger than many other business hotels in Japan. The breakfast was decent with a variety of options to suit most diners as well."

"Nice new hotel with spacious room and nice bathroom. It is a block from the train station and bus terminal so it is easy to explore the regions such as Zao Onsen and Yamadera. The hotel restaurant is one of the best serving famous local beef and hotel guests have a decent discount. Highly recommended for visiting Yamagata."
