"Staff was excellent in every way throughout our 4 night stay. I hate to name specific people, because each one was A+. However, I would be remiss not to give a specific shout out to Sarah in the International Lounge. She was so pleasant, and welcoming each night. We would definitely stay at the Washington Plaza again."

The evening and night front desk team provided excellent service; they were professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The valet parking staff were also outstanding—quick, courteous, and efficient. On top of that, the room itself was very clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. "The entry way light was burnt out. The bathroom had a couple issues. The plumbing for the sink was loose but still worked. The toilet seat was also loose and moved around while in use. "
