"Excellent location and a very good breakfast selection, with the option to add an extended cooked breakfast at a very reasonable extra cost. Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities. We would definitely stay here again. For London, this hotel offered outstanding value for money and truly ticked every box."

"Karla was super welcoming at check in and accommodated our request for rooms on yhe same floor for our other family members.
Toiletries were super, coffee too."
"The hotel location was perfect...in the heart of Kensington. Location was very convenient for trains, Uber, cabs and buses. The room accomodation was fair... the carpet was dirty and very soiled. The love seat was also not clean...very worn and could have benefited from a good shampoo. Otherwise, the bathroom was spotless and the breakfast bar was very satisfactory. The staff was friendly especially Ali who worked the Starbucks counter. He was very friendly and demonstrated impeccable customer service skills. I would stay at this location again but will request a room where some.of the amenities are not as worn and soiled."
"Nice large room comfy bed excellent breakfasts
Well run hotel with almost a thousand rooms! Great staff - it was just the horrific price that left a bad taste in my mouth! I never dreamed that I would ever have to pay that much money to stay in a hotel!!!!!"
"Room, beddings, towels were all very clean. Staff were super polite and front desk were very accommodating with any requests. Together with the absolutely amazing location of the hotel, I cannot ask fo anything more"
"Room was clean and spacious for 1 person. If you're a solo traveler the delux single is a perfect size. Bathroom was large enough and everything worked wonderfully. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. "
"Perfect little apartment style room comfortable for a 2 night stay. Loved having a mini fridge, and cooking nook. Table was great to work from. No housekeeping so keep that in mind. Quick walk to Earls Court station, and Kensington High street. Friendly staff. "
