"We had a 2 night stay at this lovely, new hotel. Very clean, beds wonderfully comfortable. Pillows a bit hard so a choice of pillow would have been better. Checking in was a bit of an ordeal, system issues and language barrier. I understand systems can be challenging at times but there was no customer care, I did not feel welcome, made to feel it was my fault. took my phone off me to check my booking but scrolling through it, which disturbed me. The only time staff were nice was when we were...

The metro station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city and explore different areas. The neighborhood felt safe, lively, and convenient.
