"I stayed here one night both coming into and leaving Thailand. It is a beautiful hotel and staff are terrific. Check in was so smooth and easy. Only a 10-15 minute walk to check in or from customs - all indoors and there are food places and phone/sim card places along the walk. Rooms are really nice and the pool area is very elegant. This is a perfect place to stay when transiting through BKK. "

"This hotel offers good value for the price. It's fairly close to the airport and offers a free shuttle. We left at 6am and arrived at the airport within 15 minutes, but it can take longer depending on the time of day, so plan accordingly. The buffet dinner was good and the swim up bar offers cocktails and lunch items. The bed was comfortable and room quiet. Just know that the hotel is somewhat isolated with not much around within walking distance. All is all, I can enthusiastically recommend this hotel; we will return soon!"

"The workers were very nice and they made the check-in process quick and easy. It was the perfect place to rest without having to leave the airport. The only inconvenience was that the bathroom was a bit far away. However, it wasn’t a big issue for me."
