"Was very easy to walk to from terminal 4. Made for a convenient stay heading back to the terminal the next day. Accomodations were great and check out a snap."

"Nicely styled hotel and very convenient location. I stayed in a classic room which looked nice but had some impracticalities. The temperature can not be controlled from inside the room and was set too warm for me. The reception staff adjusted this for me, but it only seemed to stay at the requested temperature for a few hours before climbing up again. This meant I couldn’t sleep, so affected my stay. The only full-length mirror faces the bed and leaves about 10cm in which to stand so is completely pointless and inaccessible. The luggage stand was broken when I arrived, but replaced when I pointed it out. However most toiletries were near empty and had to be shaken out of the bottles. Not unpleasant but some easy fixes."

"The walk from the subway is about 3 blocks and a short subway to Heathrow. Lots of good shopping in downtown Hounslow (largely non-white). Hotel is clean. The room is profoundly small, like a college dorm for one person. Prices are reasonable. England is simply expensive, now invaded by foreigners and uncivilized and very, very inconvenient. Never going back."

"Very basic and average hotel. Room is extremely small and location next to train railways. Always loud noise from railways, A/C was not working so to get fresh air had to open window. Bed is uncomfortable. breakfast plain: beans, eggs, ham and cereal and breads. Solo traveler on a budget probably OK but i will not stay there again. Consider this: bus/train stations 10 minutes walk, when it was rain the taxi, for less then a kilometer, cost me 11 UK pounds, or 18$. Food options around hotel are insufficient."
