"The hotel is 1 train stop from the airport and the line also takes you straight into London, very convenient. The staff were so accommodating to keep our luggage. The onsite restaurant had excellent vibes & food. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best complementary hotel breakfast I've had to date. Highly recommend."

"I stayed here for 1 night as I had to catch a flight thr next day. To get to the hotel is convenient, theres the hotel hoppa bus. I was coming in from Terminal 2, so I took the H2D bus which runs every 30mins. Overall, comfortable."

"It was great, but the toilet had some flushing issues in my room, and the bathtub would fill out with water having a hard time draining when showering. Since I was only staying for 1 night I didn’t say anything about it, cause I didn’t want to go through the trouble of losing time by changing room, but I feel that housekeeping should let know the front desk when there’s issues like that in a room so they don’t give it to guests until it’s repaired. The issues started as soon as I was in the room. Otherwise the hotel was nice."
