The property has a grocery store and McDonalds on the basement floor, many different restaurant/food options between floor 2-8, and also a Daiso. It has a shared laundry facility with a washer/dryer combo for 700 yen per load. Very convenient location."

"The onsen experience is amazing! We were so relaxed each evening after the baths and massage chairs! My daughter was in heaven with nightly ice cream! Nothing at the big chain hotels we are used to in the states comes close! The rooms are smaller than we are used to but the value and experience far exceeds traditional western standards. Stay here if you want to feel welcomed and relaxed during your stay!"

"We are happy with the size of the room which is much bigger than the ones in Kyoto and Tokyo. The Osaka station is about 5 minute walk and there are a plenty of restaurants in the area. Lawson (the convenience store is next the hotel where you can get drinks, snacks and breakfast. "
