"Always frontline staff available at check in to help you. Excellent bakery for coffees, cake and savoury treats. The rooms are fairly big and very clean. All amenities are well equipped and available. Great location and rooms are very quiet. "

"Room was nice and clean with nice amenities. It was more spacious than our hotel in tokyo. Staff was nice and accomadating. However when we asked for water due to not having room serviced for cleaning, felt like the front desk guy was a little apprehensive and reluctant. He didnt seem as warm and accomdating as the rest of the staff. In tokyo the hotel left bottled water for us at our front door with fresh towels every day even if we didnt have our room cleaned."

"Mattress was beyond hard. Really unbelievable. Check-in self-service would not take a credit card unless you had a PIN. No place to sit, relax or work. Any area where you might think to go was reservation only, so you couldn't just go to relax or read at random times. Rooms are too small to do any of this in. Lobby was always full of tour groups and stacked luggage. Bathrooms were super small. "

"Great location. Stayed here as had an early flight the next day, so stayed here for proximity to the airport and also free shuttle bus to airport. Friendly staff. Easy parking under hotel. Clean room. Modern facilities. Handy for train station too. Would definitely recommend. "
