"The location is great if you know your way around Addis, some staff members really makes an effort to make your stay pleasant while some are outright rude and hostile. I was not able to use the GYM area on the weekend as they do not allow customers staying in the hotel to use the facilities on weekends, the lady looking after the facility gave me a very rude speech about the rules being the rules. Overall there are better options for the price and I would not recommend the place."

"Perfekt zum Ankommen. Lage: Mit Hotelshuttle max. 15 Min. zum int. Flughafen und zu Fuß nur 15 Min. zum Meskel Platz (Busbahnhof) ist super. Dafür sehr ruhig. Service: Sowohl der Weg zu einer kleinen Kaffeerösterei als auch zum nächsten funktionierenden Geldautomaten oder zum Ethiopian Telecom Laden wurde uns mit Begleitung gezeigt! Alles in weniger als 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Komfort: Super bequemes und großes Bett. Ein bisschen mehr Liebe zum Detail würde noch gut tun und das Essen ist so...

"Listen. I've always stayed here when i traveled to Addis Ababa. For the last 4yrs. And mainly because of the staff. House cleaning(burtukan), kitchen(Abdul), front desk(asfar). And it is a few others. But as far as the owner or owners of the property. They have done absolutely no upgrades. Even more so, they haven't fixed anything that had has broken or gotten old. From the ceilings in bathrooms, the bathtubs, the handles on the windows, replacing the mattresses, installing better light bulbs,...
