Where do I start. On arrival we where greeted with cool mango juice, check in was simple and efficient. The quality of the room was exemplary, with the linen and towels changed every day. The staff where superb, from reception, always helpful, through to the cleaners and the breakfast girls making it their mission, to make us as guests, feel special.

Rooms are very small and a bit claustrophobic. There's no privacy whatsoever unless you close the blinds, which defeats the purpose of having a pool view. The rooms also get way too warm and stuffy if you let any natural light in during the day, which makes the blinds a necessity. Breakfast was average, not great. Overall just OK, likely would not book with this property again if we returned to Ko Lanta.

This hotel was good, close to the beach. It was frustrating that the cleaners left the doors open while cleaning and mosquitoes and spiders became your roommates

Everything was as expected, beautiful room and pool was awesome! Great location steps to the beach and easy to walk around town. Would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely love it here. Pictures you see are true. Brand new facility, staff is wonderful, so clean and 5 minute stroll to the beach. We extended our stay twice!! We will be back and recommend to all

Var overbooket ved ankomst
Da vi ankom til hotellet blev vi henvist til at andet hotel den første nat og skulle så skifte tilbage til dette hotel dagen efter. ikke ligefrem den bedste start på et ophold. Hotels.com gjorde dog hvad de kunne for at hjælpe, så tak for det. Selve hotellet tager sig godt ud på billeder, men er desværre allerede lidt i forfald. Værelserne lugtede dagligt af kloak og sengene er meget hårde. Poolen var dejlig og blev benytte flittigt. Morgenmaden er ikke god og kan på ingen måder anbefales.

Unfortunately not a “trash hero” hotel
Everyone should care for keeping the environment Clean. Every hotel should be a trash hero hotel with cans instead of plastic water bottles. The hotel is new and really good. Not so much privacy but it was fine Alla borde ta hand om ett rent Koh Lanta och ett enkelt sätt är att ta bort de vanliga vattenflaskorna och byta ut dem till stålflasla och sedan gratis vatten. Hotellet är i övrigt väldigt rent, fräscht och trevligt. Knappt några solstolar men stranden ligger nära. Vill ni äta god, vällagad och billig mat? Gå till grannen James ji - fantastiskt!

Lage ist gut, kurzer Weg zum Strand und zum 7/11. Rollervermietung funktioniert, allerdings nur mit dem Pass als Pfand. Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht, spricht nur leider kaum Englisch. Wenn es ausgebucht ist, könnten zu wenig Liegen vorhanden sein. Trotzdem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

Helt fantastisk nyöppnat hotell med super bra service. Sängarna var så bekväma. Badrockarna och tofflorna man fick till rummet var verkligen ett plus! Frukosten kunde varit bättre men inget större fel på den.

Nytt fint och med perfelt läge nära stranden. Städningen av rummen perfekt. Övrig personal ganska likgiltiga till gästerna. Anläggningen har mycket mer att önska. Solstolar till mindre än hälften av gästerna Ingenstans att sitta vid stolar och bord. Mycket mörkt på kvällarna så att sitta ute och läsa eller spela kort är en omöjlighet. Och nej, här bor vi inte igen.

Splinternieuw; goede service, schoon, fijn zwembad, heel fijne kamer. Het hotel is zodanig gebouwd dat alles lekker open is en doorwaait; geen deur bij de lobby bijvoorbeeld en ook ’s ochtend lekker de deur open gooien. Eiegenlijk geen last van dat mensen tegenover je op dezelfde kant uitkijken, dat hebben ze met vitrage slim aangepakt
