"The property is on a hill top with great ocean view. Up and down the slope is easy since the hotel provides buggy. 7mins walk to the beach and to the pier to railay beach.take the buggy and we are at the main street with many shops and eateries. Highly recommended."

"Our Royal Grand Pool Villa was absolutely beautiful and had a stunning sea view. The setting and grounds were well manicured and kept. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many choices of food types to fit all different kinds of tastes. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only negative which was not a deal breaker was at checkout. We could not understand what the lady helping us was saying and when she walked away twice she rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed. Overall we loved our stay and would most definitely return in the future."
